Access to the introductory training session is available the moment you complete your registration.
The 5 other training sessions will be presented LIVE over the following dates over 6 weeks on Thursdays between 12-1pm MST (2-3pm EST) with Q&A to follow:

The Pursuit of Healthiness™ Curriculum
The Pursuit of HealthinessTM began in 2018 consisting as a 3 month self-directed course that included an introductory module and 5 core modules. Each module was designed to help you with a step-by-step nutrition success path to achieve better health, energy and your personal best weight… EASIER, FASTER & BETTER.
In this special LIVE version of the course, I'm teaching the course curriculum in weekly training sessions on Zoom over 6 weeks. Why am I teaching this live instead of as a self-directed course this time? I feel this is the best way to get you to the finish line faster with the extra care and support you might need right now given the challenging year we've all experienced with the public health crisis.
Outside of the live training sessions, I am also providing you access to me for mentorship and support through our private course discussion area and private Facebook Group.
